Our Mission

Soarin’Hawk Raptor Rehab’s mission is to conserve our raptor population through education and rehabilitation.

Soarin’Hawk Raptor rehab is a not-for-profit organization established in 1996 to serve Indiana, Southern Michigan and Northwestern Ohio’s injured or orphaned birds of prey. We offer our patients a blend of modern veterinary science, including volunteer veterinary services, radiography, diagnostics, aggressive post surgical physical therapy and conditioning.

Our values include being volunteer-driven and well governed. We provide the most effective education about raptors, and the best possible care for our resident education birds and the raptors being rehabilitated.

Our vision is to become a regional referral center for the rehabilitation of injured birds of prey and an educational organization, second to none, serving Indiana, Southern Michigan and Northwestern Ohio.
