**RELEASE DAY***
On June 29, a woman called Ft. Wayne Animal Care and Control about a baby hawk in her yard that had been there for most of the afternoon. She said there was no evidence of any parents, and she was afraid for the bird because there were cats and dogs in the area.
I picked up the baby from FWACAC and transported it to Soarin’Hawk. The baby seemed fine. He was given fluids and will be evaluated further.
