20250603-Red Shouldered Hawk-1

7/27/2025:  *RELEASE DAY** The Red Shoulder Hawk that was admitted on June 3, 2025, was returned to Marion Indiana, where he had become entangled in a trampoline safety net. The caller was able to attend the release of this sassy bird.  He flew far and high while making at least two big circles over the private cemeteries on the east side of Marion. He landed in a large oak tree several hundred yards from the point of release. 

6/3/2025 - Red Tailed Hawk was transported to the ICU for observation and treatment.
