*RELEASE* A Red Phase Eastern Screech Owl was released in Rome City on the property where he was rescued. In attendance was the original caller along with four other family members, and a second Soarin' Hawk volunteer (Christena Adams, the original rescue volunteer).

During the release, the owl flew from the box straight to a nearby tree line. He perched there long enough for the family to approach and see him back in the wild.
