UPDATE: 11/21/2020 This American Kestrel was released close to where it was found

This morning, Lana was contacted by the Soarin' Hawk rescue line for an American Kestrel that had become trapped in an enclosed porch. Upon her arrival Lana was shown where the bird had been covered with a cardboard box. The homeowners did not know how the bird entered the porch. No injuries were noted by Lana. I transported the Kestrel to I.C.U. where triage was performed by Nicole. The keel was a 3. Photos are attached

11/20/2020 This appears to be a healthy bird and will be released soon

How You Can Help
