Returning home Friday morning, Michelle found a hawk on the road side adjacent to her rural home. When she approached the bird he hopped and tried to fly. She secured the hawk in a box and called Soarin' Hawk. When I went to capture him, he offered me a vigorous defense posture. The adult red tailed hawk was crated and taken to ICU for evaluation.
