UPDATE: 08/15/21 We have begun physical therapy and this bird is responding well. It is eating on its own and getting stronger
09/25/2021 This hawk was released at Lindenwood Park, Allen County
This young red tailed hawk was picked up by Animal Care and Control in Fort Wayne, IN. This young hawk has a fractured ulna. We are treating with medication for pain and are keeping it wrapped for stability
