UPDATE: 08/10/19 This young Hawk was successfully released from the Hack box

This bird was dropped off by Animal Care and Control. Kat examined the bird and didn’t find any abnormalities. This bird was a healthy baby.  He will remain in ICU until he is able to tear up whole prey on his own.

07/07/19 This young Hawk has been moved to one of our falconer's home. It is doing well except for not eating on its own. The falconer will be able to have it in a larger pen and work on training it to find its own food

07/20/19 This young Hawk has also been moved to a "Hack Box" in anticipation of its release
